The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with the specific needs of a trading business.</p>\n<p>This role requires strong experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">requirement gathering, documentation, and Salesforce process design</span>, as well as knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">trading operations, client onboarding, partner hierarchies, and regulatory/compliance workflows</span>.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements Gathering &amp; Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage stakeholders across <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales, Partners, Compliance and Support</span> teams to understand business needs.</li>\n<li>Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis to document requirements.</li>\n<li>Translate business needs into <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clear user stories and acceptance criteria</span>.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process automation and Salesforce-driven improvements.<br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Solution Design Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Product Owner, Salesforce Architect and Developers to design scalable solutions.</li>\n<li>Ensure that proposed solutions align with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce best practices</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">trading business requirements</span>.</li>\n<li>Contribute to defining <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data models, workflows, and user access/security models</span>.<br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain detailed <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">process documentation, data dictionaries and user guides</span></li>\n<li>Create user guides, training materials, and system documentation for end users.</li>\n<li>Support knowledge transfer between technical teams and business stakeholders.<br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Testing &amp; Validation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">test cases</span> for system testing, integration testing, and UAT.</li>\n<li>Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and are fit for trading workflows.</li>\n<li>Identify, log, and track issues until resolution.<br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">primary liaison</span> between business users and technical implementation teams.</li>\n<li>Facilitate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">demos, status updates, and workshops</span> with stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3+ years of experience</span> as a Salesforce Business Analyst</li>\n<li>Proven experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CRM migrations or system transformation projects</span><br></li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce Data Model and Core Clouds</span></li>\n<li>Experience in the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">trading or financial services sector</span> (client onboarding, partner management, compliance workflows).</li>\n<li>Ability to write detailed <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows</span></li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI Skills</span>: \n<ul>\n<li>Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools (Claude)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI-assisted testing</span> — experience using AI tools to generate, review, and optimise test cases, identify edge cases, and support UAT preparation.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Advantageous Experience</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salesforce <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administrator or Business Analyst Certification</span>.<br>Experience working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">data migration projects</span> and large data sets.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agentforce </span>understanding of Agentforce agents, Einstein Copilot, and AI-powered automation;
