Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, this position leverages advanced analytical and Excel-based modeling skills to evaluate spend patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will work in concert with multiple departments across VHC Health to maximize value achieved through supplier contracts and relationships.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>This role combines technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and business acumen to ensure a cost-effective, efficient, and transparent supply chain that contributes to operational excellence and high-quality patient care. The Specialist will independently manage large datasets, perform in-depth analyses, and develop executive-level reports that inform sourcing and procurement strategies across the organization.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Education:</b> </p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.</p>\n<p>Additional experience considered in lieu of education requirement: Three-Five (3-5) years Supply Chain Management.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><b>Experience:</b> </p>\n<p>Three-five (3-5) years of  Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Data Analytics required.</p>\n<p>Strong proficiency with ERP systems (Lawson, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred. </p>\n<p>Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing large datasets to support sourcing or procurement decisions.
