Positions are Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with optional Saturdays, when applicable, 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Structural Welders play a key role in the success of our company. They must be sure to follow company policies, operations and work in harmony with co-workers to ensure the Company’s success. They perform the day-to-day activities required of them in the shop with the goal of meeting the production schedule set forth by the Shop Foreman, all while maintaining a safe working environment and staying within quality standards. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Weld and fabricate structural steel</li>\n <li>Follow blueprints to meet product specifications</li>\n <li>Calculate material measurements to verify specifications</li>\n <li>Receives instructions, prints, and work orders for the job. Plans details of working procedure, tools and material requirements. </li>\n <li>Fabricates by cutting, burning, and welding various metals. </li>\n <li>Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded. Our bays are all equipped with 2 10-ton overhead cranes to provide us with the capability to tackle even the largest jobs. Our facility also includes an in-house detailing department utilizing the most up to date and innovative software available, giving JPW the edge when it comes to complex projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>JPW Fabrication Specialties include but are not limited to the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Multi-story Bldgs. and Commercial Retail stores</li>\n <li>Electrical Substation Steel- Design/ Build</li>\n <li>Steel Truss Fabrication & plate girders</li>\n <li>In house Sand blasting and painting booths.</li>\n <li>Ornamental Handrails, Aluminum, Carbon, and Stainless Steel</li>\n <li>Miscellaneous Steel Design and Fabrication, Load testing (ie.
