We are a hybrid team of operation and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including Online &amp; Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a<span> Clinic Assistant</span><span> (Part Time) </span>who will provide operational support for the clinics with the following job responsibilities: </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection</span></li>\n<li><span>Error free results entry to CMS system</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time</span></li>\n<li><span>To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to work in the evening and on weekends according to roster based on </span><a href=\"https://doctoranywhere.com/da-clinic-group/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>clinic opening hours</span></a></li>\n<li><span>Locations Available: Ang Mo Kio, Anchorvale, Bukit Batok, Potong Pasir, Simei, Taman Jurong, and Tampines area </span>(e.g. vicinity of United World College will be preferred)</li>\n<li>For the United World College clinic, the working hours will be 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday), based on roster<br><br><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em>*Rotation to different clinics when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations*</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred </li>\n<li>Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidays</li>\n<li><span>Clinic Opening Hours: </span><span>Weekdays: 8.30am-4pm, 6pm-9pm; </span><span>Weekends/PH: 8.30am-12pm</span></li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n<li>Computer Literacy is required</li>\n<li>Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do<br></li>\n<li>A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. </li>\n<li>Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun! </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>About Doctor Anywhere</span></p>\n<p><span>Doctor Anywhere (DA) is on a mission to be the largest tech-enabled, omnichannel healthcare provider in Southeast Asia.
