As a hands-on leader, the Meat Manager will be responsible for day-to-day execution of tasks within the meat department and&nbsp;</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Cambria, serif;\">work alongside team members to deliver exceptional service adding value to our customers. Additional responsibilities include:&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Maintain staff levels by recruiting, selecting, orientating, developing personal growth opportunities and training employees</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Achieve results by communicating job expectations via planning, monitoring, and appraising performance through talent management, including coaching and disciplining employees</span></span></p></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(33, 33, 33);
