This position is primarily responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property, ensuring that heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality, and help maintenance technicians as needed. Come join our team!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Carries out scheduled maintenance task as required by the maintenance manager</li>\n <li>Arranges repairs on electronic and wiring components affiliated with programmed building management operations</li>\n <li>Changes faulty motors, compressors, coil units, expansion valves and other constituent parts</li>\n <li>Performs troubleshooting and repairs of all building facilities systems</li>\n <li>Inspects distribution components for suitable volume, pressure, temperature and velocity</li>\n <li>Identifies source of condensation problems and correct them</li>\n <li>Fix appliances, equipment, and structural components such as drywall. flooring and furniture</li>\n <li>Maintain grounds through landscaping and parking lot oversight</li>\n <li>Oversee contractors and vendors during renovations are repairs</li>\n <li>Manages reports and records as well as explain the actions and procedures carried out with the suggested solutions.</li>\n <li>Be aware of general OSHA requirements.</li>\n <li>Able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience as a facility technician</li>\n <li>Knowledge of HVAC</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Air Compressors</li>\n <li>Knowledge of hydraulic and water pumps</li>\n <li>Knowledge of plumbing</li>\n <li>Demonstrate intermediate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent communication abilities</li>\n <li>High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferred</li>\n <li>Valid driver license</li>\n</ul>",
