In this role you will be a strategic thinker and will work to evolve the firm to best achieve and update its overall strategic vision. This includes examining the market&rsquo;s sub-market sectors and services, examining strategic staff acquisitions, developing future expertise and leadership, examining strategies to evolve and bolster competitiveness.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;line-height:normal;background:white;'><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
