This position will be paid hourly.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Collaborating with Marketing team</li>\r\n\t<li>Word Processing (typing, editing, formatting documents)</li>\r\n\t<li>Proofreading documents for communication purposes</li>\r\n\t<li>Assisting in producing quarterly reports for Marketing department</li>\r\n\t<li>Proposal &amp; presentation support - process, strategy and coordination</li>\r\n\t<li>Business development support - placemats, prep, etc.</li>\r\n\t<li>Promotional product support</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in social media strategy &amp; campaigns</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website analytics</li>\r\n\t<li>Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing</li>\r\n\t<li>Understanding company product and brand</li>\r\n\t<li>Market research</li>\r\n\t<li>Data entry support</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Experience in digital marketing and social media</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work effectively within a team and independently</li>\r\n\t<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>\r\n\t<li>Self-starter, flexible and curious</li>\r\n\t<li>Attention to detail, highly organized with ability to meet project timelines through excellent time management and workflow prioritization</li>\r\n\t<li>Superior oral and written communications skills</li>\r\n\t<li>A positive attitude, determination and humility</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
