This includes the supervision of all installations and delivery services of FIDELITONE clients. The position also includes customer service, driver management, and performance reporting. They will work and communicate closely with drivers, installers and warehouse personnel to ensure clients receive timely deliveries and excellent customer service. They are also responsible for communicating effectively with offsite routing and scheduling personnel to ensure accurate and complete documentation of delivery freight. This position will also be responsible for the supervision of the dispatchers.<br><br></div><div><!--block--><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Works with customers, account management, and operations to manage FIDELITONE installation and delivery service.</li><li><!--block-->Communicate with drivers and installers to ensure timely delivery to FIDELITONE clients.</li><li><!--block-->Communicate with schedulers and warehouse personnel to verify accurate staging, delivery and removal of freight for FIDELITONE clients.</li><li><!--block-->Responsible for sorting and preparing all delivery paperwork.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to operate FIDELITONE routing software to effectively manage drivers.</li><li><!--block-->Works with and assists drivers and customer to problem solve and provide excellent customer service.</li><li><!--block-->Manages incidents/accidents that may occur and reports appropriately to Corporate Safety team.</li><li><!--block-->Responsible for communicating cancelled or rescheduled deliveries to end customer and client.</li><li><!--block-->Responsible for the supervision and training of dispatchers.</li><li><!--block-->Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
