          "text": "<p><strong>AHRC NYC is seeking young adults (18-24yrs. old) to join their Advance &amp; Earn (A&amp;E) Direct Support Professional (DSP) program. The A&amp;E program is a PAID Internship Program for NYC Youths (18-24) who are looking to become DSP's. DSP's provide vital assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.&#xa0;</strong><strong>This Paid Internship program prepares NYC youth for a rewarding career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Internships are available in all 5 boroughs.</strong></p><p><strong>&#xa0;ENROLL NOW for the Fall Program which runs from September 2nd, 2025 through January 16th&#xa0;2026</strong></p><p><strong>Classroom Locations:</strong></p><p>Lower Manhattan at 83 Maiden Lane&#xa0;</p><p>Staten Island at 25 Victory Blvd, 3rd Floor</p><p><strong>PROGRAM PROVIDES:</strong></p><p>● 20 weeks of high-level training with mentorship from industry leaders.</p><p>● Paid Internships at $18 per hour, Monday-Friday 15-25 hrs./wk. for up to 250 hours, in one of the top Non-Profit agencies in the field</p><p>● Nationally Recognized Certification from the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP)</p><p>●&#xa0;&#xa0;Job placement assistance</p><p>Daily Lunch and Metro card</p><p>●&#xa0;Assistance in accessing necessary services and benefits</p><p>● In-person, small group sessions with individualized attention</p><p>● Counseling and social/emotional support</p><p>Skim through our informational video to see if our Advance &amp; Earn GED program aligns with your goals: <strong><a href=\"https://youtu.be/wsgnmC3TI_o?si=kiG-t4aEUD4Q589B\">https://youtu.be/wsgnmC3TI_o?si=kiG-t4aEUD4Q589B</a></strong></p><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p>",
