    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for troubleshooting any issues related to the vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, or injection&nbsp;molding&nbsp;processes, or the associated equipment.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Document and communicate with other Process Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and Shift Supervisor results of problem solving, and any deviations from established methods or procedures that may be necessary to resolve specific issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation for process equipment such as reference sheets, monitoring sheets, waterline diagrams, gate seals,&nbsp;rhealogy&nbsp;graphs, robot programs, adhesive spray patterns,&nbsp;DartNet&nbsp;templates, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage process controls for the injection&nbsp;molding&nbsp;using&nbsp;DartNet&nbsp;system tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of acceptable quality standards established by the quality department to insure maximum production of saleable parts.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for monitoring Maintenance Technician&nbsp;mold&nbsp;change program loading and set-ups, as well as Operator inspecting and verifying the first shot checks to assure proper methods were followed to produce a quality part.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>​​High School Graduate or Equivalent​&nbsp;\n  <ul>\n   <li>Area of Study:<strong>&nbsp; </strong>General&nbsp;studies&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>​​​​3-5​&nbsp;Minimum Years of Experience completing&nbsp;mold&nbsp;changes.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>​​1 -3​&nbsp;Minimum Years of Experience as plastic process technician.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>​​3-5​&nbsp;Minimum&nbsp;Years of Experience&nbsp;within the automotive industry.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Systematic&nbsp;Molding&nbsp;Training.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Master&nbsp;Molder&nbsp;1 and 2 Training.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>3 – 5 years&nbsp;mold&nbsp;change experience.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
