No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted **</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>A DAY IN THE LIFE</p>\n<p>In this role, you will…</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirements</li>\n <li>Provide quality Review Appraisals as well as handle Quality Control escalations</li>\n <li>Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot, discuss, and independently resolve complex quality control escalations with both field appraisers and lender clients</li>\n <li>Assist on valuation projects</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>WHO YOU ARE</p>\n<p>You possess …</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Residential/General Appraiser designation</li>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred</li>\n <li>Experience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of your coverage areas</li>\n <li>Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively</li>\n <li>Proficiency in the Microsoft software products</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently</li>\n <li>Commitment to development of quality appraisal products</li>\n <li>Interest in appraisal innovation and integrity</li>\n</ul>",
