They are responsible for maintaining an organized workstation to assist with streamlining of products to their final destinations within our Automated system. They may assist with training of new hires, delivering and receiving product from the conveyor systems; interfacing with customers; processing of received goods; replenishing product within our automated picking system; fulfilling customer orders; reviewing and packing the orders to verify accuracy and ensure that the product is up to shipping standards.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE</span></strong></p><p>$ hourly</p><p>Monday-Friday (1PM - 9:30PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">BENEFITS</span></strong></p><p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your life, health, and future. Join a company that invests in you from day one.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></strong></p><ul><li>Efficiently &amp; accurately fill customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping product in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.</li><li>Operate machinery including forklift, pallet jacks, and stock chasers. (requires certification)</li><li>Follow &amp; commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI&rsquo;s) for safety, quality, production, &amp; efficiency.</li><li>Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages to supervisor.</li><li>Perform inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.</li><li>Train in Will Call and other customer service duties as required.</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.</li><li>Monitor and train new hires to ensure optimal productivity and quality.</li><li>Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.</li><li>Acts professionally and remains focused &ndash; contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train (may be required to do tasks that fall into warehouse associate 1 duties and responsibilities).</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR</span></strong></p><ul><li>Must be 18 years of age.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Ability to read and speak English.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions.</li><li>Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.</li><li>Must be comfortable using electronic devices.</li><li>Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.</li><li>Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.</li><li>Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work overtime when needed.</li><li>Ability to work independently without close supervision.</li><li>Responsible for any additional duties assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></strong></p><p>In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
