You’ll design <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high impact point-of sale displays</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">packaging design</span>, then bring concepts to life through <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high quality 3D renders/visualisations</span> so customers can quickly see (and buy into) the idea.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a hands on creative role with real commercial impact: your work will help win shelf space, improve conversion at fixture, and keep OX presentation<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> consistent with brand and packaging standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<p>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design and develop</span> impactful POS displays and retail activation concepts</p>\n<p>• Translate briefs into <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">retail-ready solutions</span> aligned with customer and manufacturing requirements</p>\n<p>• Create presentation decks and visuals for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">customer sell-in</span> and internal alignment</p>\n<p>• Develop and adapt packaging layouts in line with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">brand guidelines</span></p>\n<p>• Produce <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">print-ready artwork</span> including dielines, cutter guides, bleeds, and finishes</p>\n<p>• Build 3D models and create <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high-quality renders</span> for customer presentations and approvals</p>\n<p>• Produce realistic visualisations to communicate materials, finishes, and product placement</p>\n<p>• <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate cross-functionally</span> with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver projects on time</p>\n<p>• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">smooth production</span> and high-quality execution</p>\n<p>• Stay up to date with retail design trends, materials, and display technologies</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience designing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POS/retail displays</span> that are both creative and manufacturable</li>\n<li>Proven <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">packaging design and artwork</span> capability with strong attention to detail and production accuracy</li>\n<li>Proficient in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adobe Creative Suite</span> (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3D/CAD design and rendering</span> using relevant visualisation software</li>\n<li>Experience working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">corrugated/paper-based displays</span> and production-ready dielines</li>\n<li>Good understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POS manufacturing processes</span> (e.g. metal, plastics, printing, CNC, assembly)</li>\n<li>Strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">communication skills</span> with the ability to present ideas and respond to feedback effectively</li>\n<li>Highly organised with strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">time management</span> and ability to manage multiple project</li>\n<li>Ability to create high-quality presentation decks and visual assets for customer sell-in and internal alignment</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Portfolio required demonstrating:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>          o POS display concepts + final execution visuals</p>\n<p>          o Creative Packaging layout examples</p>\n<p>          o 3D renders / customer visualisations</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">23 days Annual Leave progressing to 28 days based on time served</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Birthday off</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Volunteer Leave<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>We live by three attributes: Humble, Hungry, People Smart.
