Shuttle drivers may also assist with campus parking shuttles during major events. <strong>This is a pool position; candidates will be interviewed and hired on an as-needed basis.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Transport students to designated locations in a safe, timely, and courteous manner, following all Keuka College and New York State safety regulations.</li><li>Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; clean vehicle after each trip and report mechanical issues to Facilities Services.</li><li>Maintain all necessary documentation, including driving logs, trip forms, and fuel receipts.</li><li>Always uphold vehicle cleanliness and passenger safety.</li><li>Address and report any violations of shuttle rules (e.g., smoking, inappropriate conduct) and notify Campus Safety of security concerns, safety hazards, or emergency incidents.</li><li>Respond appropriately to vehicle accidents or passenger illnesses by contacting emergency services and cooperating with responders.</li><li>Follow all scheduling and assignment procedures as directed by the Office of Student Life, coordinate changes through proper channels.</li><li>Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain compliance with institutional policies.</li><li>Always Represent Keuka College in a professional and respectful manner.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA and college standards.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical &amp; Scheduling Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving.</li><li>Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.</li></ul>",
