Role Overview Sodexo Energy and Resource is growing and is seeking a General Manger 3 - Food to run our food service program in Ellendale, ND. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace. What You'll Do have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product and service achieve company and client financial targets and operational goals oversight of cash-handling and the POS system develop and maintain client and customer relationships motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs capture customer's feedback to be integrated into the next menu cycle to increase participation What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
