If you have prior manufacturing experience, we want to talk with you!</p><p>As a <strong>Forklift Operator - Logistics Clerk</strong>, you will perform complex material control functions to ensure accuracy of inventory and/or storage records in association with Shipping/Receiving responsibilities. This position is responsible for Shipping/Receiving physically as well as systematically of all inbound/outbound freight. This role requires forklift certification for any associated material movement needs.  </p><p>Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: </p><ul><li>Assists investigating and resolving problems associated with the materials systems and procedures </li><li>Controls the procedure for receiving purchased materials and shipping out going materials </li><li>Investigates discrepancies between Master Stock Records and actual stock count </li><li>Performs moderately complex clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information </li><li>May be asked to analyze the supply chain, transportation, and distribution network and develop recommendations for reducing freight costs, creating material efficiencies, and improving on-time delivery </li><li>Compiles regular and special reports using established formats and procedures to communicate statistical data on the tracking of product shipments, returns, and inventory </li><li>Maintains records or logs to verify completeness and accuracy of information </li><li>Sets-up and maintains files and records in addition to using a PC, calculator, and other standard office equipment for recording, storing, retrieving, and compiling information </li><li>Possesses knowledge of organization or department procedures </li></ul><p>Required Qualifications:  </p><ul><li>Shows willingness to expand leadership skills, technical knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to rapid changes in overall direction  </li><li>Excellent computer skills </li><li>Valid Forklift driver certification </li><li>Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes </li><li>Work at heights of up to 30 feet from the floor, work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures, and walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation.   </li></ul><p>Top candidates will also have: </p><ul><li>Ability to read/write and interpret documents, the ability to perform a variety of clerical functions and do basic math </li><li>Warehouse and/or order filling experience </li><li>Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals </li><li>Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills   </li></ul><p>In return, we offer a competitive starting wage, a full suite of employer sponsored benefits to include health insurance, dental, vison, life, disability, 401k retirement plan and many additional perks, a professional learning environment, paid time off, paid holidays, a fun and professional team environment, and exciting career & growth opportunities.  APPLY NOW!</p><p><em>EOE </em></p>\n\n<p><em>Thank you for your interest in Impact Workforce Solutions, we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and participate in the E-Verify eligibility confirmation program. </em></p>",
