Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth in the consumer electronics and display markets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving specification activities for DMSD/EMSD products, and supporting customer needs through effective cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead spec‑in activities for DMSD (optical sheets)/ EMSD (tape/adhesive/EMI/EMC solutions) products with key customers
• Manage business discussions and commercial negotiations
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internal cross‑functional teams to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts
• Support demand forecasting and provide market insights
Required Qualifications
• Experience in the consumer electronics and display industry
• Proven sales background with demonstrated negotiation achievements
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-culture and cross-regional teams
Preferred Skills
• Business relationship management
• Negotiation and commercial communication skills
• Demand forecasting capability
• English communication proficiency
Other skills
•Possess strategic thinking and customer management capabilities
•Able to proactively solve problems in a fast-changing environment
