In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as designer for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program office</li>\n <li>Author process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programs</li>\n <li>Use requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in Cameo</li>\n <li>Perform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs</li>\n <li>Perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools</li>\n <li>Define requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools</li>\n <li>Assist in requirements development and management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD Systems</li>\n <li>Ability to train others on MBSE concepts and tools</li>\n <li>Experience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))</li>\n <li>Active <strong>Secret</strong> clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with MDA programs and processes</li>\n <li>Experience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weapons</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NG</li>\n <li>Exposure to MDA test events and activities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong><em>People First.
