    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>ITS, LLC is seeking a <strong>Systems Engineer with Product Owner experience</strong> to join our team in <strong>Aurora, CO</strong>. The Systems Engineer / Product Owner will support mission-critical systems by combining strong systems engineering expertise with Agile product ownership to ensure technical solutions align with mission objectives, stakeholder needs, and operational requirements.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead systems engineering efforts across the full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and deployment</li><li>Translate mission and stakeholder needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Serve as Product Owner for assigned technical products or capabilities, owning and prioritizing the product backlog</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, cybersecurity, and operations) to deliver integrated solutions</li><li>Conduct technical trade studies, risk assessments, and architecture evaluations</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, end users, and development teams</li><li>Support system demonstrations, milestone reviews, and customer briefings</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Active <strong>Top Secret (TS)</strong> security clearance required at time of hire</li><li>Experience in a Systems Engineering role supporting complex or mission-critical systems</li><li>Prior experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar Agile role</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies</li><li>Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and prioritized backlogs</li><li>Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs</li><li>Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)</li><li>Experience using Agile and requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DOORS</li><li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other Agile certification</li><li>Experience working in classified environments</li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field</li><li>5-10 years experience as a Systems Engineer with a background in Product Management</li><li>Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered</li></ul><p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong></p><p>Active <strong>Top Secret (TS)</strong> security clearance</p><p><strong>Salary Note:</strong></p><p>In compliance with Colorado&rsquo;s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is based on education, experience, and responsibilities.</p><p>ITS, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.</p><p>U.S. Citizenship is required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
