The Trainer is required to collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Management to ensure high-quality training and promote teamwork.&nbsp; &nbsp;Must have a full understanding of the manufacturing process of products. Ensures training compliance within the electronic training tracking system.&nbsp;Develops training governance policies. Leads training projects to support continuous improvement. Prepares reports for management as needed.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What we expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Defines, organizes, and maintains Job Families for utilization within HLE, and for cross-training assessments.</li>\n <li>Runs reports from HLE to communicate upcoming production training and past due training for the worksite.</li>\n <li>Maintains On-the-Job training forms created by the Manufacturing Engineering team for production to ensure cohesive and aligned training events.</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate training documentation and submission for record keeping.&nbsp; Contacts the Global Training Team to ensure proper documentation of OTJ training forms for associates into the Global HLE</li>\n <li>Creates and maintains production training matrices for visualization on the Tier1 boards.</li>\n <li>Calculates and maintains cross-training for the production team.</li>\n <li>Attends and supports Daily Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings and executes assigned actions to timely completion.</li>\n <li>Serves as head of the Training Team, ensuring alignment of SMEs and training initiatives.</li>\n <li>Audits the manufacturing line for adherence to SOPs, JIBs and other job-related functions.</li>\n <li>Develops new training content or training methods for production needs.</li>\n <li>Supports new team members and ensures acclimation to the work area and environment.</li>\n <li>Provides the framework to ensure production associates are trained on equipment and processes defined in SOPs, and PDAs.</li>\n <li>Assists with the development of training schedule with scheduling personnel to support new hire training and training for existing personnel.</li>\n <li>Actively build collaborative relationships partnerships with all levels of the organization in the identification and implementation of learning solutions.</li>\n <li>Plans and co-facilitates training sessions and learnings, focusing on a wide variety of topics.</li>\n <li>Provide guidance, expertise and consulting to functional managers and SMEs in the assessment of training needs, the design of appropriate training, development, and implementation, and the measurement of training effectiveness.</li>\n <li>Provides feedback to trainees to ensure all skills / knowledge have been acquired and communicates any skill/knowledge gaps that require additional training.</li>\n <li>Solicits feedback from trainees to ensure the appropriateness of learnings and for continuous improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Helps to develop learning content and procedures including new SOPs, TRNs for system training programs as necessary.</li>\n <li>Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to adhere to standardized production schedule for position and ability to work overtime to support production needs as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred Minimum Non-Technical Degree: High School (H.S./GED) or Associate Degree<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li>\n <li>Preferred Minimum Non-Technical Degree: 5&amp;#43; Years&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience as a trainer in a learning and development environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing and Cleanroom Environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires a high-level understanding in the local manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.</li>\n <li>Requires strong time management and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel</li>\n <li>Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $53,800 to $80,000 &nbsp;and is bonus eligible.
