Strong people management skills required to ensure project success, including time constraints to meet construction deadlines.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Scopes of work including, but not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read plans, put material stock list / take off together</li><li>General cleaning and housekeeping</li><li>Installation of post driven fence with top and bottom rail</li><li>Installation of panelized fence on base</li><li>Installation of panelized fence on jersey barriers</li><li>Installation of man gates, swinging gates, rolling gates</li><li>Installation of fence scrim</li><li>Installation of signage</li><li>Traffic control and site logistics</li><li>Emergency response&nbsp;</li><li>Punchlist</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential functions:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members</li><li>Cultivate working relationships with project teams</li><li>Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Removing debris, garbage, and materials from sites</li><li>Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding</li><li>Following all health and safety regulations</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma preferred</li><li>Construction work experience necessary</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Report to work on time</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>Willingness to undertake training if necessary</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>All qualified applicants will be afforded equal opportunity.
