It gets better, we operate under the guiding principles of The Golden Rule - treating others the way we want to be treated.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Still Wondering Why, You Should Join Our Team?</strong></p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting Pay $20.00/hour + $0.55 shift differential</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays - Starting on Day 1</li>\n <li>$1,500 Retention bonus paid out within first year - $500 (after 90-day endorsement) and $1,000 after first year</li>\n <li>Performance-based pay increases</li>\n <li>Access to our very generous benefits package on Day 1 (Medical, Dental, Vision)</li>\n <li>Quarterly profit sharing: your hard work pays off!</li>\n <li>Overtime is paid at time and a half and Double time starts after 48 hours.</li>\n <li>401k retirement plan with company contribution and employee match.</li>\n <li>Education assistance</li>\n <li>Employee development, training with room for growth opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><strong>Hours</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>2nd shift 5pm-5am - 12-hour shifts (Continental schedule)</li>\n <li>Work 48 hours one week and 36 the next\n  <ul>\n   <li>2 days on/2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off – rotates week to week back and forth</li>\n   <li>Example of 48 Hour Week:&nbsp; Work Monday &amp; Tuesday / Off Wednesday &amp; Thursday / Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Sunday is included in the 36-hour week)</li>\n   <li>Example of 36 Hour Week:&nbsp; Off Monday &amp; Tuesday / Work Wednesday &amp; Thursday / Off Friday, Saturday &amp; Sunday)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Moves material around plant using a forklift and/or crane for producing finishing, packaging, or shipping parts.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Performs miscellaneous tasks throughout plant to ensure safe, efficient and quality production.</li>\n <li>Observes machine processing for proper functioning and production of parts.</li>\n <li>Loads and unloads their assigned machine and packs product for the forklift.</li>\n <li>Performs visual and/or manual inspection as needed.</li>\n <li>Completes required paperwork.</li>\n <li>Assists operator with set-ups and running production as needed.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Forklift experience required&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to frequently bend and stoop</li>\n <li>Able to follow verbal and written instructions</li>\n <li>Basic math skills</li>\n <li>Able to communicate effectively</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for extended period of time and exert moderate to heavy physical effort with a minimum lifting requirement of 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must be willing to travel as needed via most efficient means</li>\n <li>Must be physically able to access all areas of the plant and grounds</li>\n <li>Must be available for work on any shift or shift rotation or work schedule as needed by the company</li>\n <li>Manufacturing experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p>",
