This role is ideal for someone who is self-sufficient, resourceful, and experienced in a wide range of maintenance tasks. The right candidate will take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our staff, clients, and patients.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Perform general maintenance and repairs across all three clinic locations</li><li>Assist with minor electrical troubleshooting and advising</li><li>Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance</li><li>Complete painting projects and facility touch-ups as needed</li><li>Perform routine building and grounds maintenance tasks</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner</li><li>Identify potential issues and proactively recommend solutions</li><li>Coordinate larger repairs or specialized services when needed</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or related field</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair practices</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Reliable transportation to travel between locations</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as required</li></ul><p><strong>Tools &amp; Equipment:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Candidate is expected to provide their own tools and equipment (limited tools provided on-site)</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule &amp; Flexibility:</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Flexible scheduling available, full-time or part-time, a minimum of 25-30 hours per week is preferred</li><li>Work will be performed across our three local clinic locations as needed</li></ul></div></div>\n",
