This role leads forecasting analytics, statistical model performance, dashboard reporting, and planning data governance to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting consistency, and overall business performance.&nbsp;</p><p>The Director partners closely with cross-functional leaders across operations, finance, supply planning, demand planning, sales, marketing, and IT to deliver actionable insights and scalable analytics solutions that support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales &amp; Operations Execution (S&amp;OE) processes.</p><p>Key responsibilities include leading forecasting and analytical model development, identifying performance improvement opportunities, overseeing enterprise reporting standards, and \"source of truth\" data management, and driving continuous improvement in planning systems, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
