This role is ideal for someone who excels at understanding user flows, identifying edge cases, and ensuring that every feature meets both functional and business expectations.</p><h3><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites</li><li>Perform manual functional, exploratory, and acceptance testing across web and mobile applications</li><li>Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, ensuring clear communication with engineering teams</li><li>Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes prior to release</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria</li><li>Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to release readiness assessments</li><li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear feedback to stakeholders</li><li>Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle</li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in software QA or manual testing roles</li><li>Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management</li><li>Experience testing complex user flows, integrations, and multi&#8209;platform systems</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar test management systems</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Experience working in agile environments</li><li>Basic exposure to automation concepts (a plus, but not required)</li></ul>",
