Performs a variety of general repair and maintenance work in a building: keeps building or assigned areas in a building in a clean and orderly condition; tasks performed may involve heavy lifting, climbing, and other strenuous work. To provide a facility that is safe for the guests and staff. style=\"font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Change plugs, burned-out bulbs; replace worn-out wire, etc.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,
