    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n <p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior UX Designer</strong> to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging and effective user journeys.</p>\n <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery</li>\n  <li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis</li>\n  <li>Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture</li>\n  <li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs</li>\n  <li>Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders</li>\n  <li>Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines</li>\n  <li>Validate designs using data, feedback, and usability insights</li>\n  <li>Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices</li>\n  <li>Advocate for user-centered design across the organization</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design</li>\n  <li>Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects</li>\n  <li>Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)</li>\n  <li>Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies</li>\n  <li>Experience with usability testing and research techniques</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards</li>\n  <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n  <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li>\n  <li>Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)</li>\n  <li>Exposure to design systems and component libraries</li>\n  <li>Experience working on enterprise or large-scale digital products</li>\n </ul>\n <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n <p>Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000<br>\n  Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000<br>\n  Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
