At Citrin Cooperman, we offer you the flexibility to take your career to the next level and still allow you to <strong id=\"isPasted\"><em>focus on what matters to you</em></strong>!</p><p><strong>Position Description</strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly effective NetSuite Support Specialist to join our NetSuite team remotely full-time.&nbsp;This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to&nbsp;respond to and resolve support requests from clients and as needed, identify and route consulting/development requests to the appropriate team members. This candidate must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, be capable of multitasking and managing projects, and have prior help-desk experience. This candidate will need to have balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set as well as be comfortable training users.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to support requests within the contracted response time</li><li>Track and manage open cases to resolution within ticketing system</li><li>Troubleshoot issues in NetSuite and related products</li><li>Experience interacting with NetSuite Support</li><li>Gather client requirements and document functional specifications</li><li>Perform system testing and client end user training</li><li>Create / troubleshoot financial statements using NetSuite</li><li>Troubleshoot and support NetSuite applications and add-ons</li><li>Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget</li><li>Strong financial / accounting background</li><li>Understand inventory, distribution &amp; manufacturing concepts</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2-4+ years working with NetSuite in a support or consulting capacity</li><li>At least one (1) year working in a help-desk role</li><li>SuiteFoundation Certification required</li><li>NetSuite Administrator Certification required</li><li>NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification preferred</li><li>Demonstrated understanding and experience with basic ERP system modules including core financials, distribution and OneWorld. &nbsp;Manufacturing experience preferred.</li><li>Thorough understanding of business processes including:<ol><li>Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Fixed Assets; Record to Report</li><li>SuiteBilling; Revenue Management/ARM</li></ol></li><li>Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow &amp; Advanced Approvals preferred</li><li>Experience supporting NetSuite integrated applications (Banking/ACH, Avalara, Concur, BILL, RF Smart, etc.)</li><li>Ability to review, understand, analyze middleware integration logs (i.e. Celigo, Boomi, etc.)</li><li>Ability to define, create and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance</li><li>Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks<ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations</li><li>Ability to create and complete documentation</li><li>Exhibits professionalism at all times</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, Accounting or equivalent preferred</li><li>NetSuite certifications listed in qualifications</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About Citrin Cooperman:<u><br><br></u></strong>Citrin Cooperman is one of the nation&rsquo;s largest professional services firms.
