This role is ideal for students interested in gaining experience in sports management, operations, or a related field. The student employee will work closely with the Athletic Equipment Manager and other staff to ensure that all athletic gear is organized, maintained, and distributed efficiently.</p><p><strong>Supervisor</strong>: Michael Chisholm - Director of Equipment Operations</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Post University Main Campus - Drubner</p><p><strong>Pay Rate</strong>: Minimum Wage</p><p>This is a year-round opportunity.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Equipment Distribution &amp; Collection:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Issue and collect athletic equipment, uniforms, and gear to/from athletes and coaches.</li><li>Track and record equipment issuance and return using inventory management systems.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Assist in maintaining accurate records of all equipment and supplies.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory checks and report any shortages or damages.</li><li>Help in organizing and storing equipment in designated areas.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Equipment Maintenance:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Clean, repair, and maintain athletic equipment and uniforms to ensure they are in good condition.</li><li>Assist in the inspection of equipment for safety compliance and report any issues to the supervisor.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Laundry Services:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Operate laundry machines to clean uniforms, towels, and other athletic gear.</li><li>Sort, fold, and distribute clean laundry to appropriate teams and staff.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Event Support:</strong><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for practices, games, and events.</li><li>Provide on-site support during athletic events as needed, including managing equipment logistics.</li></ul></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Disclaimer: Students CANNOT work during scheduled class times per Federal Work Study regulations.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" id=\"isPasted\">#LI-DNI</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
