As a trusted partner, Veridiam provides technical collaboration, quality assurance, and supply chain reliability essential to advancing innovation and operational success across these highly regulated industries and results for mission-critical parts made from titanium alloys, nickel-based superalloys, refractory metals and more.</p><p>At Veridiam we recognize that talent is at the forefront of our organization and define who we are in today&#39;s industry. &nbsp;You will work in a highly regulated, precision manufacturing environment where safety, documentation integrity, dimensional control (&ldquo;True Diameter&rdquo;) and traceability are paramount.</p><p>In this role you will have a direct impact on hiring, employee relations, recognition, performance development, appraisal systems, career/succession planning, and employee development.&nbsp;</p><p>POSITION SUMMARY</p><p>Directly supervise and coordinate activities of production employees in the operation of computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine centers, Swiss Machine and/or electrical discharge machines (EDM). &nbsp;Review production schedules and ensure staffing levels are appropriate.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES</p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Oversee and coordinate and monitor work activities of production employees in throughout production floor to ensure materials produced meet customer specifications and company standards.</li><li>Review and monitor work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals/schedules and/or targets.</li><li>Evaluate staffing requirements, work procedures and scheduling system in order to meet budget and time constraints.</li><li>Confer with other supervisors to coordinate production activities within and/or between departments.</li><li>Maintain and monitor production data, such as time, production, cost records. &nbsp;May prepare management/supervisor reports of production results.</li><li>Review, analyze, interpret and evaluate production and inspection reports and recommend corrective action as necessary.</li><li>Conduct employee training on equipment or work and safety procedures, and/or assign employee training.</li><li>Supervise and monitor employee performance through coaching, counseling, and evaluating work performance.</li><li>Recommend or execute personnel actions, such as hiring, evaluations, corrective actions and/or promotions.</li><li>Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training and onboarding of employees.</li><li>Work with and among cross functional teams to meet production goals and standards.</li><li>Ensure employees work safely and follow safety guidelines.</li><li>Work with cross functional teams toward achievement of program initiatives and goals.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand, and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals, and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.</li><li>Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.</li></ul><p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</p><p id=\"isPasted\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
