ARSIEM is currently looking for an Android-Savvy CNO Developer. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD. Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $10,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we are able to place within 12 months of referral. Minimum Qualifications 5 years of software development experience Experience must be in software development or an extremely related discipline. 2 years of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development. C development Native Android development Embedded development Bluetooth experience B.S. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or something extremely similar) with C development and Reverse Engineering within a CNO environment. MS degree may substitute for 2 years of experience; a PhD may substitute for 4 years of experience.
