You will manage a small team responsible for high-volume reconciliations, including armored truck deposits and lockbox activity, while ensuring technical compliance with revenue recognition and CECL standards. This role reports to the Senior Accounting Manager and has 2-3 direct reports.<br><br><em><strong>What impact you'll make:</strong></em><p><em>· Cash & Bank Management: </em>Oversee bank reconciliations and specialized cash deposit reconciliations for armored truck services. Manage treasury functions including lockboxes and payment portals.</p><p><em>· A/R & Collections: </em>Supervise payment application, manage the collections process, and monitor customer credit limits to mitigate risk.</p><p><em>· Revenue & Liability: </em>Post revenues and manage accounting for loyalty program liabilities.</p><p><em>· Technical Accounting:</em> Manage A/R allowance modeling and CECL (Current Expected Credit Losses) calculations.</p><p><em>· Credits & RMAs: </em>Oversee the processing of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and the issuance of customer credits.</p><p><em>· Process Improvement: </em>Identify and implement automation or workflow enhancements to streamline the OTC cycle while maintaining day-to-day transaction accuracy.</p><p><em><strong>What you've accomplished:</strong></em></p><p>·<em> Experience: </em>5+ years in Accounts Receivable or OTC roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.</p><p><em>· Technical Skills: </em>Proficiency in treasury management systems, lockbox operations, and ERP payment modules.</p><p><em>· Knowledge:</em> Strong understanding of GAAP, specifically revenue recognition and CECL requirements.</p><p><em>· Operational Skills: </em>Experience managing armored truck cash logistics and RMA workflows.</p><p><em><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></em></p><p>· Advanced Excel skills (modeling for allowances/liabilities).</p><p>· Proven track record of reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).</p><em><strong>Why Choose Vireo </strong></em><br>Life’s too short to work somewhere that doesn’t ignite your passion.
