Description

Alaska Northstar Resources (ANR) is currently seeking a primarily remote Software Test Engineer to join our team for an exciting and long-term program supporting IGEMS and MICT projects. The Software Test Engineer will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through functional and regression testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Conduct functional testing to verify that software features work as intended. Perform regression testing to ensure new updates do not introduce issues in existing functionality. Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on system requirements. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using issue-tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to clarify requirements, test results, and defects. Participate in test planning, reviews, and process improvement discussions. This position does not require programming skills, but a solid understanding of software functionality and a keen eye for detail are essential. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where quality is a top priority, we encourage you to apply!
