    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Company Profile:</span></span></p>\n<p>Alabama Ag Credit is a financial institution that provides financing for agriculture, agribusiness and rural real estate purchases and improvements.  The institution is headquartered in Montgomery with ten offices that service the lower 40 counties of Alabama.  With over $1.5 billion in assets, the institution is a cooperative and part of the nationwide Farm Credit System. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education and Experience Requirements</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">: </span></span></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience and four (4) or more years of progressively responsible banking or related corporate credit experience. Provides support to the Capital Markets and Agribusiness division through underwriting, negotiating, structuring, and monitoring of portfolios. This position will cover middle to upper level market companies in a wide range of industry. Must have extensive experience in the analysis of complex credits.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Essential Functions</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">: </span></span></p>\n<p>Assesses the credit and financial strength of the Association’s Capital Markets portfolio by performing fundamental credit analysis on individual portfolio companies. Maintains and builds financial models to incorporate the forward-looking risk assessment on key value drivers. Recommends loan investment opportunities, extensions, and amendments for approval. Analyzes financial information in ascertain credit worthiness. Determines internal Probability of Default (PD) and Loss Given Default (LGD) ratings as appropriate. Monitors and ensures loans are properly risk rated and performance status assignments are proper. Performs loan servicing tasks to include partial releases, subordinations, re-amortizations, assumptions, severance agreements, and amendments.
