With competitive pay and benefits, safe and stable work, and an environment that is caring and supportive, <strong>Kansas City Steak could become your next career move!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$2.75 per hour perfect attendance bonus to be paid out weekly</li>\n <li>Quarterly and annual perfect attendance bonus</li>\n <li>Family-friendly benefits including health, vision and dental</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation after 90 days of service</li>\n <li>Paid Holiday</li>\n <li>Employee Meat Purchase Sales</li>\n <li>Paid Life Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities for our Production positions include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to identify all cuts of meat and product specifications.</li>\n <li>Must know all box sizes.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pull, push and bend for an entire shift.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work at a steady pace.</li>\n <li>Employees are responsible for following all food safety/GMP requirements</li>\n <li>Must wear all required PPE</li>\n <li>Must be trained in and understand all associated safety procedures and SOP's</li>\n <li>Assigned work in other areas as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.
