    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team!&nbsp; Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">The staff respiratory therapist is responsible for the pulmonary care of those patients assigned to them. This care will include initiation and implementation of a pulmonary care plan, with the supervision of or in consultation with a physician. Aspects of care provided include assessments, diagnostics, treatment, education, and discharge planning.
