    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Per Diem Neonatal Hospitalist position in Fort Myers, FL!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Pediatrix® Medical Group</strong> seeks an experienced, <strong>Board Certified (in Pediatrics with recent Neonatal experience)</strong> to provide per diem coverage at Golisano Children's Hospital in Ft Myers, Florida.  The hospital’s NICU offers:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICU</li>\n <li>The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year</li>\n <li>Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service</li>\n <li>Primary responsibilities include managing Level II NICU patients (not responsible for attending high risk deleiveries)</li>\n <li>All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage</li>\n <li>24-hour NNP coverage</li>\n <li>Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs</li>\n <li>We value a team-approach toward care, in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit</li>\n <li>Our core values support a culture of life-long learning and professional growth</li>\n <li>Shifts are 6-8 shours (varies regarding daily census and case complexity)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Board Certification in Pediatrics with recent Neonatal experience required</li>\n <li>Active FL license or active IMLC required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>\n<p>Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Take great care of the patient, every day and every way.TM </em></strong>At Pediatrix & Obstetrix, that’s not only our motto at work each day; it’s also how we view our employees and their families.
