This role supports exceptional guest service, supervises slot floor operations, and assists with team leadership, scheduling, and operational oversight in a fast-paced casino environment.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Oversee daily slot floor operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Support and reinforce exceptional guest service standards across the Slot Operations team</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with developing and implementing customer service strategies for Slot Operations</p></li>\n <li><p>Pay and/or verify jackpots over predetermined thresholds in accordance with Internal Controls</p></li>\n <li><p>Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules based on operational needs</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond to guest concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and follow-through</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain accountability for assigned keys, radios, handheld devices, and other company-issued equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend all required training sessions and operational meetings</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow the Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan, including regulations prohibiting service to minors or intoxicated guests</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain scheduling flexibility to support business demands</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be 21 years of age or older</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer service–driven environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Experience in a high-volume, complex resort or casino environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Technical knowledge of slot machines and slot systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience training or mentoring team members</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Security Clearance</strong></h2>\n<p>Not applicable</p>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Exposure to secondhand smoke and standard casino environmental conditions</p></li>\n <li><p>Prolonged standing and walking throughout the casino floor</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</p></li>\n <li><p>Regular use of handheld devices and communication equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Requires visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform operational tasks</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2>\n<p>Due to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.</p>\n<h2><strong>Drug-Free Workplace</strong></h2>\n<p>WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is a drug-free workplace.
