This position will be required to work day and night shifts.</span></p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Vacuum, dust, mop Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation’s office buildings</p></li><li><p>General janitorial duties for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation office and on-mountain outlets</p></li><li><p>Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski &amp; Resort Corp Service Excellence standards</p></li><li><p>Provide clean and sanitary restrooms, halls, lobbies and dining areas, scrub and sanitize urinals, toilets, stalls, sinks, walls and mop floors in restrooms</p></li><li><p>Vacuum floors, hallways, lobbies, landings, stairways, elevators, and dining areas and mop per schedule</p></li><li><p>Empty trash in restrooms and lobbies, shine and clean all chrome and stainless fixtures</p></li><li><p>Clean all windows and sills of prints, dust and bugs</p></li><li><p>This position has security responsibilities and will manage keys or key cards in order to securely unlock and lock the buildings and various venues</p></li><li><p>Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>Professional cleaning experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Employment for this job is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check</p></li><li><p>Communicate both verbally and non-verbally in a positive, guest friendly manner</p></li><li><p>Report to work timely, dressed, and prepared for your daily assignment</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all safety policies</p></li><li><p>Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski &amp; Resort Corporation’s Service Excellence standards.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in the English language</p></li></ul><p></p><p>The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski &amp; Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski &amp; Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees.
