You will:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Help stabilize and strengthen your unit team</li>\n <li>Improve clinical consistency and resident outcomes</li>\n <li>Be a key partner in shaping the culture and performance of the facility</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Apply Today</strong></p>\n<p>If you’re ready to lead, mentor, and make a meaningful impact - we’d like to connect with you.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Unit Manager (RN) - Skilled Nursing - What You’ll Lead:</strong></p>\n<h3><strong>Unit Leadership & Team Oversight</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide <strong>24-hour oversight</strong> of your assigned nursing unit</li>\n <li>Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff — with a strong focus on <strong>CNA support and performance</strong></li>\n <li>Set clear expectations for care delivery, accountability, and teamwork</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Clinical Oversight & Resident Care</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans</li>\n <li>Monitor clinical indicators and proactively address resident needs</li>\n <li>Ensure high standards in <strong>documentation, infection control, and regulatory compliance</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Family & Physician Communication</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a key point of contact for families and providers</li>\n <li>Communicate changes in condition and care plans clearly and professionally</li>\n <li>Address concerns and support service recovery when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Operations & Staffing</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage daily staffing, call-ins, and scheduling needs</li>\n <li>Participate in hiring, performance management, and staff development</li>\n <li>Conduct daily rounds to ensure quality and environment standards are met</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>From</h2>\n<h2>Up to</h2>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Unit Manager (RN) - Skilled Nursing - </strong><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - New York State</li>\n <li>Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting</li>\n <li>Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, Supervisor) required</li>\n <li>Strong ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable</li>\n <li>Experience working with CNA teams and developing newer staff</li>\n <li>Confidence in handling family communication, clinical oversight, and regulatory expectations</li>\n <li>Experience with dementia population strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EOE Statement</h2>WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
