This role combines hands-on design work with team leadership, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables across all channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously elevate the team’s performance and output.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor internal design team, fostering creativity and collaboration</li>\n<li>Oversee daily design operations and ensure efficient workflow management</li>\n<li>Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery</li>\n<li>Ensure all visual assets align with Toters Fresh brand guidelines and standards</li>\n<li>Ensure all deliverables are accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with brand guidelines before final submission</li>\n<li>Create clear, high-quality designs that maintain strong visual communication across all touchpoints</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver assets across multiple channels (digital, in-app, social, and offline), ensuring consistency and proper adaptation to each format</li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives</li>\n<li>Maintain consistency and quality across all digital and print assets</li>\n<li>Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Grow and empower the design team by developing skills, providing guidance, and encouraging ownership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field</li>\n<li>4–6 years of professional design experience, including experience managing a small team</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of visual communication and brand consistency</li>\n<li>Experience in multi-channel design execution across digital and offline platforms</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)</li>\n<li>Strong technical execution skills, including proper handling of formats, specifications, and outputs</li>\n<li>Strong awareness and practical application of emerging design tools (including AI), with the ability to comfortably integrate them into workflows while continuously learning and adapting to new advancements.</li>\n<li>Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>",
