You’ll deliver exceptional customer service <strong>over the phone</strong>, making outbound calls to schedule service appointments and handling inbound calls from customers. Your goal is to maintain strong customer relationships and keep our service drives running smoothly.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Make <strong>high-volume outbound calls</strong> (up to 200/day) and handle inbound calls efficiently.</li><li>Follow call guides and scripts to maintain consistency and quality.</li><li>Schedule appointments accurately, confirming dates, times, locations, and transportation.</li><li>Document all interactions in CRM/DMS systems.</li><li>Protect customer privacy and maintain professionalism at all times.</li><li>Achieve performance standards that reflect excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Must live close enough to <strong>commute daily to our Boerne location</strong>.</li><li>Call center and/or appointment setting experience.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM/DMS systems.</li><li>Friendly, outgoing, professional, and collaborative.</li><li>Strong desire to succeed and deliver exceptional customer service.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years of call center, outbound calling, or appointment-setting experience.</li><li>Customer service background.</li><li>Automotive industry experience (not required—we provide training!).</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM</li><li>Alternating Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>",
