This is a customer service representative position to handle/resolve patient issues and answer billing account questions. The representative is responsible for reaching out on the patient's behalf to the clinics for any department disputes. The daily responsibilities include taking inbound patient calls, placing outbound calls regarding balance on accounts, process credit card payments in EPIC, work all mail correspondence to include return mail, set up and monitor budget plans, process requests for itemized statements, and complete financial interviews.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Taking inbound patient calls</li>\n <li>Placing outbound calls on balances on account</li>\n <li>Research and process all mail correspondence</li>\n <li>Process credit card payment in EPIC to patient accounts.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications and Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Customer service experience, CPT/ICD10 knowledge, familiar with carrier explanation of benefits (EOB)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year experience in a medical office setting.
