Mindset & Approach Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, cross-functional team. Proactive collaborator who works well with product managers, developers, and peers. Naturally curious and interested in understanding user needs, industry trends, and design best practices. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and asking the right questions to clarify expectations. Preferences Experience with healthcare, staffing, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a bonus, but not required.
