This is your opportunity to take ownership of high‑impact projects, mentor emerging engineers, and help strengthen the built environment for the communities we serve.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to bridge infrastructure projects, from initial assessment through planning and design</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goals</li>\n <li>Effectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical bridge initiatives</li>\n <li>Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phase</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required; previous project or team management experience preferred</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices across various areas </li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead a team and manage relationships across the company</li>\n <li>An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups </li>\n <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgency</li>\n <li>Experience with project budgeting preferred; basic understanding of accounting processes</li>\n <li>Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead challenging bridge projects that support safety and sustainability</li>\n <li>Mentor and inspire junior engineers dedicated to delivering innovative solutions</li>\n <li>Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Bridge team is doing?
