As a Small Business Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting, decisioning, and structuring conventional and Small Business Administration small business loan requests within defined policy limits. You will ensure SBA standard operation procedures, program eligibility and documentation takes place while applying approved underwriting templates and scoring models to recommend terms and mitigations that balance experience and risk. Additionally, you'll drive high quality credit memos and clear approval packages while identifying and documenting policy exceptions with appropriate mitigation. Lastly, you will partner with the AVP, Relationship Managers, and Loan Administration to meet closing timelines.",
