Our organization has a commitment to the manufactured housing industry with an extensive product offering and a dedicated service platform that customers count on to support the success of their businesses.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Safely install HVAC equipment and components, including furnaces, A/C units, water heaters, ductwork, and gas lines</li><li>Accurately wire both high-voltage and low-voltage systems</li><li>Install and braze copper refrigerant lines</li><li>Install sheet metal and flexible ductwork in manufactured homes and residential/light commercial buildings</li><li>Pre-measure and plan each job to determine required materials and tools</li><li>Load, transport, and verify all job materials and equipment</li><li>Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to code, meeting manufacturer and safety specifications</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for every job, including signatures, invoices, and payment handling</li><li>Communicate with dispatch and management to provide real-time updates on job status, delays, or issues</li><li>Respond to customer questions with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain and care for company-issued tools and equipment</li><li>Complete diagnostic readings using appropriate test instruments</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous HVAC installation and/or service experience is required.
