As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The part you will play</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking an energetic and creative Video Production Intern who will support the team in creating and executing social commerce video content (TikTok, Shopee Live, and other short-form platforms) that helps drive brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As a </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Video Production Intern</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in developing and executing video content ideas that align with brand goals and social media trends</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the creation of short-form videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonate with the target audience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help shoot video assets using a mobile phone or basic equipment and assist in editing using TikTok, CapCut, or similar apps</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Learn how to plan, organize, and produce video content that is optimized for engagement and reach</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Stay updated with social media trends and support the team in identifying creative opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with other content and production team members</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for – the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Multimedia Arts, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be enrolled in a program that requires a </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">mandatory</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> internship / OJT / practicum</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Interest in creating short-form videos for social commerce platforms (TikTok, ShopeeLive, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn about video production and editing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Passion for social media, trends, and digital content</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Basic knowledge of video editing tools like TikTok, CapCut, Canva, or similar</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of social media features such as hashtags, music usage, trends, and platform guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Interest in eCommerce, lifestyle, or pop culture content</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">In return, you will be getting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We pride ourselves on creating visuals that both inspire and perform.
