Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff.</li><li>Resolves guest and employee issues as needed.</li><li>Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance – including seasonal performance reviews.</li><li>Ensures all staff are meeting expectations presented in our Employee Manual and Instructor Resource Manual.</li><li>Mentors and assists in the development and training of future Ski &amp; Snowboard School leaders.</li></ul><p></p><p><span><span><b>Requirements:</b></span></span></p><ul><li>PSIA/AASI Level 2 or above certified instructor preferred, with a strong understanding of contemporary ski and snowboard technical, teaching and people skills</li><li>3&#43; years working in snow sports school, preferably with supervisory experience </li><li>Ability to positively influence and support others.</li><li>High level of emotional intelligence.</li><li>Superior communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide great guest service</li><li>Strong understanding of Ski &amp; Ride School operations and the guest experience trail</li></ul><p>Hourly pay: $27.00 - $38.23</p><p>*Starting pay based on experience and PSIA/AASI or equivalent certifications*</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span><span><span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.</span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span><span><span>Mammoth Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.</span></span></span></p>",
